An Introduction...

Hello there!

My name is Natasha Rubin and I wear many hats. But no matter what hat I am wearing, a few things shine through across all areas: my love of God, family, and the desire to see people, especially women and children, living in wholeness.

Over the years, I have worked in, founded, or facilitated spaces that have a mission to equip women and children to live healthy in mind, body, and spirit. Whether that be in my role as a public school teacher, organizing book clubs, partnering with non-profit organizations and churches, or through various entrepreneurial initiatives.

When the pandemic really hit home in March 2020, I found myself in need of hope. I found myself feeling anxious, depressed, and sad most of the time. Yet, I had a job and family that needed my attention.

So, one day I prayed and pulled on my faith as a believer in Christ. I believe in using the scriptures to affirm who I am in Christ and the promises afforded to me as a believer. I love to journal and capture what I call, “spiritual downloads” I receive during my meditation or quiet moments. It was during one of those moments that I picked up an old journal and saw the acronym H.O.P.E. It was something I wrote down 3 years prior. H.O.P.E. stands for Healed, Overcomer, Purpose-filled, and Empowered. At that moment I knew it was time to live H.O.P.E.

Now, here we are…

I am on a mission to encourage, inspire, and motivate others to live H.O.P.E. This journey is just beginning and I am hoping that you will join me.

There is a Martin Luther King Jr quote that says, “Faith is taking the first step even when you don’t see the whole staircase.” That is how I feel as I walk out this journey to live H.O.P.E. But experience has taught me that if something is laid on your heart to do, the provision to see it through will appear all along the way.

Welcome to the journey.
